The title is descriptive. I have quite a few photos and videos on my phone that I can't upload. It would also be helpful for when a URL isn't available, such as in apps, and would be easier than manually saving. Additionally, I'm not sure if this is already a feature, but being able to upload a photo to recipes would help with visual browsing.
